My goal for September is to eat *more* fast food but do so in moderation while still staying under my daily caloric goals. When I lost of lot of weight, I did so by imposing a lot of strict rules and they've served me well.

But not eating fast food ever is also a burden with work, family, and travel events. Meal prepping will still be the mainstay of my eating but I need to give food less power now that I've kept off the weight for several years now.

People on FS are in different places with different goals and I'm probably the ONLY one with this one. I hope you reach YOUR goals for September!

I still won’t be eating while driving though because A) I don’t have the will power to break THAT rule and B) my truck is SO much cleaner now. 🚙

No u are not the only one. That’s my exact goal. I work full time, I like to have a clean house a 2 yr old and a 5 yr old. I’m hella busy and I eat fast food for its convenience, I lost 80 lbs while eating fast food all along.

I don't eat in my car - I like it clean. It's night & day on how clean it stays.

Convenience foods are my go to. From protein bars and fruit to Quarter Pounders.

I have downloaded so many fast food nutrition spreadsheets just so I can find stuff that fits in my calorie allowance. I have all breakfasts, lunches and dinners ready for this week though so I won't be needing to eat out. Meal prep is super convenient.

Every time I eat a quarter pounder- I lose weight. Not kidding. I know it's because I have the calories for it and I am working my ass off in the gym- but it is SO rewarding and fun to be able to enjoy my favorite fast food stuff on occasion. Like Rosio, I also get small or child size fries- just enough to get a taste and be satisfied. 😍

There's a local place near me that puts all fast food burgers and fries (and onion rings) to shame. They've ruined my taste for fast food.

I’d love to have that goal! I don’t want to waste the calories on fast food so my goal would be ‘lose fat/gain muscle while eating 1-2 daily snickers’ lol. Best of luck to ya!
