Finally getting my steps up at work, 8,536 yesterday over 5 hours. Hard to get to 4,000 when I'm not working. I will have to go for longer walks. I set myself a goal of between 5,000 and 7,000 steps a day, as I have a different job at work now (since hurting my back in April) where I don't walk as much. I will try and get 5,000 steps on my days off. On Friday (non- work day) I got 5,238 steps with a neighborhood walk.

I wish there was a way to add "steps" to the exercise portion of FS, I can't say that I walk consistently for so many hours, because it is off and on, but a place to put in steps for the day and how those steps affect the calories for that day would be awesome.
