Starting the last day of the month with a protein coffee, and then we will attend a friend's 50th birthday party at 3, where the fare will be catered Mission Barbecue. There will be some meat options of course but I'll cool it on the sides. Got to a monthly calorie average of 1667 per day on a 1640 target (after the protein coffee, but before the impending BBQ feast). Happy with the month for sure, and September starts 1500 calorie per day OMAD. UPDATE: Down to an amazing 220.6 by 3:30 pm. Ate BBQ and lots of drinks at Tonya's party.
