I only ate two pieces of pizza. I would usually eat four.

Thanks, Rosio. Before I ate the second slice I thought about whether or not I was still hungry. I was, so I ate another slice. Reading your posts has helped me get here.

You are doing amazing 💕. Eventually it will become second nature to listen to ur body, when you try to overeat you will feel uncomfortable

Yup. It’s interesting how once I stopped demonizing food I no longer overeat. I don’t stress if I go over calories. Some days I need more, some days fewer. I’m getting better at eating because I am hungry as opposed to just wanting to eat.

You are on the right track. Food is not the demon, our abuse of food is. Portion control, moderation, a calorie deficit and keep moving are all important components of a successful weight loss program and a successful maintenance for life.
