Lindart's Journal, 23 Aug 19

I have been combating a back injury since April, and combined with that a terrible virus, and an ongoing lower intestinal problem that probably started when I stopped eating properly and exercising. I am finally feeling like I can face eating properly again, and started with my usual oatmeal breakfast this morning which was so good! I forgot how good a nice thick bowl of oatmeal is in the mornings!
My whole work routine has changed, I am now almost always on cash, which I love, but no longer can get my 10,000 steps a day. I think when I injured my back (and was getting 10,000 steps a day) I was over doing things. So I've slowed down a lot and have the belly to show for it. My goals for the next month are to get to the gym, and start eating properly again. Writing in this journal should help.

Yummy! I’ve seen people mix in egg whites into their oatmeal for an extra protein lunch. Also help with feeling full. Looks like you know what to do!!! Feel better and get your goal!
