I had a meeting to go to tonight— we met at a favorite pizza place (great pizza) . I had my usual 2 pieces and water to drink. Then we retired to my house to continue. I had made homemade peach pie using SWERVE sugar substitute. Everyone said it was the best peach pie they had ever had, but no one even guessed that there was no actual sugar in it. It cut the calories by at least a third. It was a traditional two crust pie so all the calories were in the crust. Typically I would have made it as a rustic tart and cut the calories by at least another third..
