I did it! I stayed within my calories, eating only when hungry and had room for dessert and still 181 calories left over. I am learning how to have an occasional treat and not let it turn me into someone who then has to eat treat after treat. Sustainable WOE!

YEA! Way to go. I have been doing keto for 2 days and have not been successful in the past. I think I'm going to make it this time.

Danana, way to go! Isn't it exciting to be able to keep within your Macros and your calories and then still have a treat? I have totally stopped eating any kind of bread and tonight I had enough room to make a keto bread with cream cheese and sugar-free jelly. That was my treat to myself. I will cheer you on! Way to go!
