Yesterday was my Birthday and I turned 57 years old.
I restarted my journey to reinvent myself on July 8th and I am very pleased with myself.
It’s not easy and trust me, I m still finding my bearings but I am overall appreciative of this new opportunity.
Could I have lost more? Yes!
Could I have eaten better and exercised more? Absolutely!
But I am done beating myself up. I will celebrate my efforts...they might not be your efforts in comparison but I’m not you!
Today, I will embrace who I am and where I am.

@rosio19 Thank you young lady. I did...it was small but I did indeed. As a matter of fact, I chose to eat at home. I had grilled chicken breasts for dinner. Thank you for your presence...I use you as my beacon of weight loss light.
