Someone at the gym asked me if I knew how far I swim on an average day and I really didn't. I typically swim two hours. I bought a lap counter and then I asked a friend to just randomly count the number of laps I do in 5 minutes. So the final average distance was 1.75 miles. I don’t probably burn the number of calories that FS says I do because I have been doing this for years and I suspect my body has become very efficient

Wow that is a nice distance. I swim some times. I enjoy it but am pretty bad at it and swim in the slow lane. On Friday two elderly people (you know my age) was having an altercation as they crashed into each other as to had the right away. I was thoroughly entertained by their passion
