Woke at 230.4, down 3.6 from yesterday. I am having tremendous success moving water out of my body while on vacation. I put on the carb-induced water quickly, but it's falling off quickly, too. Eating a few more carbs than usual and doing 16:8 at a minimum and OMAD on certain days. I also am doing a 30 gram protein shake with supplements morning and night.
