Had a little weight blip this morning but figure it was just the salt in the 2 hot dogs I ate last night. I know I shouldn't eat the things but they tasted so good with the fried onion and sauerkraut!

Other than that I am doing well and really enjoying being back on the "plan". As in Newmooney's journal, I like feeling "in control".

So my thankfulness for today is being in control.

Buffy, it IS just a little blip....and might not even be from those hot dogs. Either way, it's bound to be gone by your next weigh-in, 'cuz you are IN CONTROL!!! YAY!!!!

Thanks Sandy - I know the "plan" I had last fall was a good one. And only after that stops working will I move on to Plan B.

Newmooney - Thanks for letting me copy from you! DH surprised me and came home early! Storm was not bad. We got a "frosting" of snow, but lots of black ice.

There is so many more good things that come from weightloss besides the numbers going down. Being in control is a fabulous place to be! Glad you enjoyed the hot dogs.... we all too often forget to actually enjoy our food :)

DiHappy - I really appreciate your comment because I do feel I am in a good place right now. When I eliminate sugars I find that I have a craving for healthy, natural foods - as well as the occasional hot dog! LOL.

Being in control is a great feeling and sometimes we give in to those wonderful temptations, just bounce back!

Hotdogs are so bad. I try to avoid them as much as possible but sometimes they just get to me... they are kind of addictive (like pistachios *lol)
