Feels like I'm back to baking. Made 'bread' from chicken breast, ice, salt and spice. Dinner was slices of this 'bread' with some liverwurst on top. Got lucky with the spice mix... flavorful. Made 4.5 pounds of it, so this will be on the menu in the coming week.
