Pizza can be very nutritious. Somehow once these ingredients are combined they become bad for you. Same goes for meat, cheese, and bread when they make a cheeseburger. lol, it's all healthy, in moderation.

I've never said pizza wasn't healthy but was laughing at the description. I'm going to try to do this with other foods.

It’s funny Bella😂👍 pizza is delicious and nutritious having all food groups... it’s still a laughable post 😊😂

Think pizza does not score that high on the health scale - lots of processed everything and not that many nutrients for the amount of calories consumed.

Lol too funny. I personally don’t feel that pizza is all that nutritious. It’s decent but not great. Especially for those of us who eat 1200-1800 kcal a day. I can eat my whole days worth of calories in one sitting with pizza and still lack the protein I need at the end of the day. I still eat it though and it’s one of my favorite foods.

Since my daughter is a vegan we sometimes have vegan pizza. It's olive oil bread and vegetables! 😂
It's shop bought processed pizza that is bad, most homemade is lovely, lots of fresh veg.
The post did make me laugh 🍕

You looked into my fatsectet diary to laugh of me. Well, not working. I eat within my macros because I am keto. And those are perfect foods.

If I ate white bread dough with that I would gain weight but I did not so I am losing inches. All good. I am not against pizza. I like it. Just did not think it should be qualified as healthy and nutritious. It is typical of what the average fat American eats, lots of fat, salt and carbs and very low on anything fresh and very low on proteins

Thought provoking comments. On the surface the foods in and of themselves are healthy. There's something alchemist about combining them. Maybe it's that combination of flavors that makes it hard to eat only one or two slices - at least - it was that way for me. I was AlWAYS baffled at pizza places that sold 'a slice'. Who eats only 'a slice'?

Not if you ate the same amount of calories. A little extra gycogen weight? Yes. Fat? Not if calories were equal. I was talking nutrition, anyway. This image depicts a homemade pizza, much more nutritious than many things you eat.

What I mean is the 'taste' - I can eat ONE steak with veggies and I'm satisfied. Not so much with pizza. I used to eat an entire pizza and still eye the brownies that came with it.
