Yum! My workout sucked. Only went to see you I guess. Couldn't get motivated. Too much activity already today. Left @ 6:35. Gavin was probably glad I wasn't pushing 6:58. I got some sun at least today. Very little rain. Ended up being a beautiful day while you napped. Unsure why I'm taking over your post. I'll message you. Have a good night at work. Hope its busy enough to be fun but not overwhelming. ❤😉

Mine was ok. I forgot how much trying to cut sucks out of my energy. I can definitely tell I'm under 3k calories. They just uploaded the very first UFC on youtube btw. It was so much more fun to watch when you had boxers vs. wrestlers, or jiu-jitsu vs. kickboxing. No rules and no weight classes lol. The first fight is a super skinny guy vs. a sumo wrestler. :P I may be staying until 7am if Brian emails me back and doesn't want to be forced. See ya in the morning. <3

right. I didn't watch it all but we used to be really into the old UFC's with the shamrock brothers and everyone else. So fun. Memories of our earliest dates.

Yes, bulking without having to stick to "clean" foods is a godsend. My jaw is tired just thinking about all of the plain chicken I used to eat.

I was told sodium was bad too, lol! I would add minimal salt sometimes. It was rough. I had a lot of protein shakes back then cause they were so much tastier than plain chicken, haha!
