Did 20 minutes and 5 miles of HIIT spinning. Got to 228.4 afterward. I forgot that my Fitbit under-reports my heart rate if I keep my hands down by my side. As I was holding the bike handles I was not getting above 90 BPM. But I raised my arm up to read my Fitbit towards the end and it jumped up above 110. So I can’t really say what my calorie burn was according to Fitbit but the bike called it 200 cal or so. I'd rather have accuracy, but if it's going to be wrong, I'd rather have it under-reporting.
