I have trouble eating breakfast let alone getting 30g of protein in this early. So I’ll start slow and eat a sweet treat for my sweet tooth. Never thought I’d say Greek yogurt was sweet. Hated it when I had it at braums. Friend strong armed me into buying some of this. The strawberry I’m having is okay but the peach is awesome! One day I hope to be able to have a full breakfast of this plus eggs and toast :). As usual, for as long as I can remember dating back to my early childhood, it’s sweets or nothing in the morning. An hour or two after the sweets I can eat something normal like eggs. But if I have them first I’ll gag and be nauseous. 🤷‍♀️ Sure it has something to do with allergies and/or smoking. Can’t do anything about one and the other I refuse to until we get my meds lined out. As of now it’s that to ‘relieve stress’ (yes I know it actually doesn’t but feels like it does) or bitching at everyone and grabbing a coke and snickers. Both suck but my weight and clothes would rather I didn’t eat 4-5 snickers a day lol. Anyway this yogurt is good :). Sorry you didn’t get to actually see it as it was gone in like 8 bites and as soon as I open it I dive in and don’t think about a picture until I’m done.

Have a vape thing. Doesn’t really work for me. It’s the actual cig that helps. If they made a low or no nicotine cig then I’d try that. I even have an electric fake cig and I’ve tried those water things you put on the end of a cig. Tried gum and patches many times. Hard candy helps, chewing on pens helps, just holding the thing helps. Hubby gets so aggravated with me because I’ll hold one for half an hour before I light it lol. I should try my vape thing again though. I got it out and it’s sitting on my counter already full and waiting. Last time I ended up with an upper respiratory infection so that worries me some. Gotta wait until allergy season is over probably. And find my other liquid.

It's a little out there, but I have friends that found success with hypnotherapy. You have to have an open mind for it to work. Other than occasional outbursts of clucking like a chicken when someone says "thank you", I would never have guessed they'd done it.

They do make no nicotine cigs, just Google them.

They make herbal cigarettes. No nicotine but they are still bad for you because of the burning paper you are in-hailing 😕

Omg Kat Lol. I almost choked on my smoothie when I read that. My dad tried that. He said it didn’t work at all but he was stubborn and had been drinking and smoking since he was a teenager. I second guess everything and I’m a worrier with anxiety so I don’t think I could even relax enough to be hypnotized. I’d consider trying it though. I’ll ask my counselor if she knows of anyone around here that does it. Perhaps I could get rid of some other bad habits like scale watching ;).

@Squirrel, I will thanks! @Dawnie, I worked at a smoke shop years ago and we had them then. Clove cigs. I liked them but they were expensive. Of course at $4/pack now up from $1.50 then... I can’t talk about expensive anymore. I was told that weed and the oils from it helps with depression and anxiety. My dr told me this then told me they don’t write scripts for it lol. Why bother telling me? I told him that’s okay because if I got it I needed to smoke it lol. Should’ve seen his face. Had to assure him once again that I don’t smoke pot but I’m aware of it because it was big in the community we used to live in. So glad I didn’t mention that my uncle used speed a few times in school lol. I learned from friends and family’s mistakes rather than make them myself. Addictive personality and all.

Clove cigarettes are what got me smoking! Back in 99 I paid $6 a box!! I loved them but couldn’t smoke them for pong. I switched to camel wides for only $3 lol

In California you do not need a RX for pot or the edibles. It has so many valid uses and medicinal properties. Clove cigs are soo bad— lung damage worse than regular cigarettes if that is even possible.

I liked Marlboro’s... the cowboy and all lol plus that’s what my family smokes. I went to carnivals because they were $1.50 so I could afford them while going to school and working part time. That was 1999 too! My boss said Clive cigs were more harmful but since it was an Indian smoke shop and carnival cigs supported the tribe I figured he just wanted us to smoke those. Part of my job was stamping those packs and sealing the cartons. They had special stamps on the bottom because they don’t have the regular taxes which is why they are cheaper. Pretty sure they have the taxes now though or they wouldn’t be so expensive. Misty’s are $8 here! Marlboro’s $7.66! Carnivals are $4.30 where I get them or $5 something at gas stations.
