If I use yesterday's weight instead of today's crappy number...
Still only down 3.6# for the month and 19.8# since Feb 25th, have gone to the gym 45 out of the last 47 days- no cardio- lifting only. Usually 50-55 minutes.

Since April 1, 2019
chest -1/2"
waist--(actually fattest part of stomach more than waist) -1 3/4
hips -3/4
arm bicep -1/2
thigh -1/2
calf -3/4
forearm -1/4

We'll see what next month brings. Not as great as I thought but my face is thinner and I'm down 2 sizes in jeans. Almost 2 sizes... depends if I want to breathe well. :)

If you are lifting everyday, you are surely building muscle, and that weighs more than fat. Are you checking your measurements too?

You’re incredible! I’m paying attention to this because I’m slowly backing off weights with baby as my restrictions increase. Cardio is only from shopping. You’re amazing!

KayBuckaroo I wish I had taken better care of myself during my pregnancies like you do. I ate anything in sight. Actually- I have done that with or without pregnancy. Ha. Anyhow- I think you look great!

Breathing is so overrated. Lol I’ve always worn tight jeans until I gained the weight. Feels good to wear them again. The difference is that I DO like to breathe now so I keep them tight but not cutting in. Nice losses in the measurement department :).
