Well my friends... I have returned and we really had a fantastic time away
I stayed on or close to plan so I felt exceptionally pleased to know that I have loss a few lbs and my inches are continuing to decrease ...

I didn't chart my macros while I was away but I did watch carefully my caloric intake and I ate more of the whole foods types than divulging in lots of over saturated sugary foods like I usually do when we travel...

We will be heading out again in a few weeks this time to the beach...yay!
so I will see how I do then and I hope to continue this mind set....

I hope you all have had a wonderful past week and are feeling positive on your journey to feeling better...

I just returned back to work today and have a 16 hr day again... well... less hrs now since Ive been here since 6a and its 2p....enjoy your Easter weekend my friends and Im looking forward to reading some of your post to see how you all are....;)
