Woke at 236.4, up 2.4 from yesterday after eating quite a few carbs. Fasting today and will eat lower calories on Saturday in preparation for Easter Sunday. UPDATE: Down to 234.0 after a day of fasting. Will eat sometime tomorrow. Did a little math today and will need to average 1950 on my eating days to hit the calorie average I want for this month. That's doable.
