I'm happy to be able to fit carbs in my WOE. I like feeling free and love not feeling deprived. I think that is why I think it has been easy work for me...

Awww...come on now!! That's just harsh!! Some of us are forced to go low carb by sadistic, militant doctors who get off on our pain!!! Bwahahaha

Same John! I struggled at first but when I realized I could go slower and add in the treats I enjoy then it seemed much easier. No deprivation!

Will the drive-by accusations ever cease? I mean, I'm flattered but I feel like it takes away from all of my hard work. I had to take today off because of how sore my entire body is. Max, one day after you put in a couple more years, you may have to deal with the same. I mean, you're already 209 pounds and leanish, when you get down 190 or so where I am you may begin to get accusations slung at you. I mean, if you want to say I'm unnatural. I am exactly that compared to the average person. There is nothing natural about how hard I workout or how meticulously I track my intake combine those two for 5 years and anyone can achieve what I have.

So, I was looking at my workout log and out of my 114 or so workouts I've tracked since 2003. My average poundage per is 80k. 11.25 million pounds lifted. Now multiply that by 18.5 years of lifting with prob an average of 300 workouts a year and I've moved a lot of weight since age 19. Before someone says it took me 18.5 years to get where I am, no, I've been maintaining since 2005 or so. I may be a little bigger now than then but not by much.

Yeah, it may take longer because you're lifting smarter and the whole age thing. I was doing 2 a days and benching everyday and it was 90 percent upper body for my first couple years lol

I'm pretty sure that by year 3 I was benching 225 for 10-12 reps. I remember when I saw this older guy bench 275. It seemed so far off and it was intimidating. Eventually by 25 years of age, I was doing that for 10+ reps. The bench press is strengthened a lot by bodyweight even if you are laying down. I could disregard aesthetics and gain 30 pounds and probably be benching 400+. My workout partner at the time could bench 425 but he was 350 pounds so it was only 75 pounds more than he weighs.
