Yesterday was a bit difficult with food - I did not overeat but chose a piece of cornbread and some crackers with the vegetarian chili our friends served us for dinner. This was not inherently bad - but I usually feel bloated and swollen after refined wheat products!

Love how you do that with photos in your journal - I was thrilled just when I learned to change my bio pic. The list and foods made my stomach rumble - glad I already have a great salad & soup ready for my lunch today!

Nice to have homemade chili! Yum. You did good. Love the chart above - except I haven't made it to the point of loving wild game - except fish of course. Hope you are doing okay. :)

Ew, no wild game for me either. I tried at a party Thanksgiving weekend, they had smoke a deer butt or some part of Bambi...I kept thinking of deer, plus I just didn't like the taste, even smoked. Isn't it amazing how simple it is to eat well?

I was just reading about zucchini the other day and how it has anti-inflamitory stuff in it. We always have tons of zucchini because it's so prolific. Now I have another reason to make more things out of it.
