Friday: Worked last night, but not in the position where I automatically get 10,000 steps! I have to specifically walk more, taking things one at a time, for instance, when I could be taking 3-4 at a time! So I managed 10,185 steps, 4 floors, 6.81 kms, and burned 2,170 calories. I ate 1818 calories.
Tonight is a cheat meal out with a friend. But I will try and keep things as low as I can!
