Woke at 241.2, the same as yesterday. Will fast today but I may have an after hours meeting that may involve a drink or two. I will keep it light. UPDATE: Got home with the fast intact. The extra walking got me back to 237.6. Crazy how much the difference is from waking weight to before dinner (or tonight, no dinner). I should be able to wake up in the high 230s after fasting all night.

Just do it man! Last two days I had 24 hours dry fasting!!! Feels amazing! Today back to food. You can do it! 🥳🥳🥳
