Woke at 241.2, down 1.8 from yesterday. Still a lot of body water. Blood glucose after 36 hours fasting was 90, and blood ketones were .4 mm. Will eat approximately 2500 calories today with keto macros. UPDATE: Nice lunch and dinner out, followed by a few more drinks with Jason and Denise at trivia night at the local pub. Lost a ton of water with today with several trips to the restroom. Got to 237.0. Fasting tomorrow, but first challenge to the plan is a business meeting after hours. I may have a cocktail or two.
