When "BETTER THAN SPAGHETTI" tastes THIS good, why would anyone ever want to eat pasta again! (That's what I'm calling the recipe I just created. Pictured is half of recipe. To make sauce, I used 1-1/2 cups Rao's Low Carb Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce; 1/4 cup cooked, diced onion; 6 oz cooked, crumbled bulk sausage; and 20 black olives torn in half. (I didn't even add any other seasonings!) I'll most definitely be re-figuring this recipe using "normal" quantities of the ingredients, but that was what I had on hand!

What you see in the picture is HALF the recipe on 200g of Spaghetti Squash. To make Spaghetti Squash, find one that is darker yellow or orangish. Wash the outside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut in half lengthwise. Remove seeds (as you would from a pumpkin). Place on a baking sheet (cut side UP) on middle rack of oven. Baste top of squash with Olive Oil or Avocado Oil (which I used) and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 45-50 minutes. When done, just use a fork to "string" the spaghetti out of the shell. It was so FUN, that 4 of us had to try out hand at doing in!

Also pictured is KETO GARLIC BREAD. I just took one of my Keto Rolls and cut it into 4 slices. I melted 1 Tbsp butter and brushed it evenly onto each piece. Then, I divided evenly among the pieces 2 Tbsp. Parmesiana-Reggiana, 1 Tbsp regular grated parmesan, 28 g. of shredded mozarella, a generous sprinklingh of Dried Parsley Flakes, onion powder, garlic salt and pepper to taste. Then, I put them on a rack in a small pan and cooked in my Breville toaster oven for 7-8 minutes until beautifully golden brown.

NOTICE: I even used a different plate for my picture because this was such a special meal!!!

That looks so appetizing and delish! I am wondering how many carbs & calories the bread was as fixed? I looked for the breakdown in your food diary but they were not entered yet. You know the secret of great plating, girl!

@catzz2, I finagled my Food Diary to put all the ingredients for the bread in my Dinner section so I could figure out the macaros for you. Of course, you'll have to start by making the Keto Rolls (which are in my cookbook, and I think you can "Add to Food Diary" from there. I cut one roll into four slices, so it looks like I had FOUR pieces of bread! Here are the macros AS PREPARED: Total Calories: 286; Fat: 18.26; Total Carbs: 12.99; FIBER: 6.8g; NET Carbs: 6.19g. Hope that helps! These Keto Rolls are the best thing that's every happened to my Keto WOE! I use them for sandwiches, hot dog buns, Crackers, and now Garlic Bread! Fun experimenting! The spaghetti squash was DELICIOUS. When I figure out how much is in a whole (big) recipe, I will post it. @gogogirl59, what is "puttanesca style?"
