Thanks everyone! I didn’t think it was fair to weigh in the morning since I drop overnight and my daughter says she doesn’t. This morning I’m 117. She started to tell me her morning weight, so I assume it did go down a tiny bit, but stopped and asked what mine was. She wouldn’t finish after I told her so I know my weight is still less. We stood back to back and it looks like she’s taller! So since we weighed first I technically made the goal lol. She says it’s a tie but it’s all the same to me. Now I can move on to the next goal of getting my body used to more calories (1700-1800 hopefully) so I can start lifting weights at the gym again! April-July are crazy so if I can get in a routine now it’ll be easier to find time later or do workouts at home. I’ve lost a lot of strength 😭. 35# of cat litter seemed heavy last week when I was carrying 40# bag of feed with ease last fall. Different weight distribution too so that may have made a difference. 🤷‍♀️

Rosio, yes! 125 is my upper limit! 110 my lowest. 126# should be my ideal. I knew I had to get below 120 no matter what (morning weights) so I wouldn’t freak out at water retention lol. I’ve went up 2-3# overnight from water. Logically I know it’s water. Mentally and emotionally I still get anxious and worry occasionally. Actually if I can tell a gain is from muscle, and I can maintain it, then the scale number wouldn’t matter I think. I’d probably do monthly weigh ins in that case. My dr now says with my health history and age that I’ll never build the muscle I want but I can build enough to ‘look good for my age’ lol. I’m 38 for heavens sake not 80! I’ll have to cut back again later though because I do notice that although my measurements are going down, I’m gaining a tiny bit around the middle. 🤷‍♀️ Not in inches but in how much I can pinch on my belly.

@D, young? I’m close to 40 😉. That’s old for ladies I guess now lol. However I’m like whiskey and fine wine... I get better with age. 😝 I’ll do my best to build muscle.

Chris Chris Chris. I read this while waiting in the store so of course I grabbed a handful of snickers lol. I was thankful last night that they ran low on food because that meant I had to grab something to eat with my meds. Snickers it was! It’s just enough to give me the sugar fix and keep me from getting nauseous from the medications. I may need some advise on raising my calories while not gaining weight. Perhaps around your maintenance level?? 🤪

Thank you so much everyone! My original goal was going to be 110 but I don’t think I’d feel very well at that. Plus I’m in a sz 2 jean at the moment and afraid I’d need to go down a sz at 110. I’m ready to buy a wardrobe and stick to it rather than have 3-4 sets in every size until I get where I’ll eventually stay. I’m keeping all small to medium and 2, 4 &6’s because I’m afraid I may keep fluctuating.

Thank you LZ and Rosio! You sure know how to lift a girls spirits and make her feel good! 😉 It’s a bit daunting starting to work out again. Especially since I was easily doing 20-25 pushups at home and now 13-15 wears me out and leaves me shakey! Hubbys workout partner plans to move. Not sure when. I’ve been putting the idea in his head that we could go together. Problem is that I can’t spot him and he makes everything into a competition (that’s where my oldest got it lol). Obviously I can’t compete with a 265# man who has lifted weights off and on since childhood. I’ll get back in shape it will just take time and hard work! If I could do it about 13 months post hemp then I can do it now! Again thank you ladies! You both inspire me to be a better person and not only with diet and exercise!
