Couldn’t go to sleep, no matter HOW tired I was. Got up and ATE! Got in the 20+ grams of Fiber, stayed within my RDI (1,640 of 1,675 – goes DOWN to 1,650 tomorrow, and down by 25 Calories each week thereafter!) With the ½ baked potato I ate, I got in my 5 servings of Fruits and Vegetables. NOW, If I an only have a decent BM by tomorrow before weigh-in

if you get up to eat in the middle of the night eat something that will help you sleep. Whole grains and milk will help.
