Woke at 229.8, up .8 from yesterday after a big day of eating (with plenty of carbs). Coffee and water fast today until Thursday morning. UPDATE: Nothing but black coffee and water today and I came in the door at 229.6. Hoping to get a little lower by the morning. I did not get even one hunger pang today.

I usually bounce back fast from a 1 day 'carb binge'. It is the 2-3+ days that pack on the pounds for me. So, your alternate day fasting should work if you are the same way :)
