Woke at 229.0, down 3.2 from yesterday after a 36-hour fasting Monday. Will eat near my calorie burn today and then will fast on Wednesday (and Friday). Eager to see how this alternate day fasting works. Will be at an all day conference today but will still abstain from sugar and grains. UPDATE: Abstained from sugar, but dived into the grains with a croissant sandwich and half a veggie wrap. Got home at a surprising 227.6 though. Fasting again tomorrow.

I’m curious... do you retain any of these losses or do they come back when you eat again? I’ve had a few unintended IF days where I’ve went as many as 23.5 hours but it comes back for me. I see so many that are fasting but I’m not seeing lasting results through journals. Keep in mind that I see non English posts mostly so I have to hunt to find these so I may be missing a LOT.

Wonderful. Glad you got a good result!! Fasting is kind of flexible approach. You can bend it around the business meals that you will have to have
