Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend! I started working out again about 3 weeks ago. I feel a lot better when I work out. At the end of my yoga workouts, sometimes there is meditation to finish it out. I am now a firm believer that meditation will make the mind stronger. I feel peaceful and relaxed after. I would recommend it to anyone.

Had a cheat meal last night and went over my rdi. But it is ok because I have been doing well. My weight has stayed steady now for a couple of months. After losing almost 100 pounds, I am happy to say that I have been maintaining my weight.

I haven't been posting because I was feeling down and I wasn't eating as healthy as I should of. I also wasn't working out that much. Here and there I would get in a workout for about 3 months. I am proud to say that I am feeling well and am really going to try to eat healthier and workout at least 3 times a week.

My mentality has changed dramatically during and after my weight-loss. My mind is still trying to catch up with the transformation of my new body. I still feel like I am obese at times. I didn't feel good about myself. I was very depressed and didn't care about my health. I would eat whatever I wanted until it was gone. I would stuff myself and feel horrible afterwards. It's like I couldn't stop myself. Going to the grocery store was embarrassing. I felt like people were judging me for what I had in my cart. Going through the checkout is when I would realize what I was buying. An unhealthy food here, a unhealthy food there, and the cart would look like a dieter's nightmare at the checkout. It would all add up.

Looking onward now. Healthier and happier. Thank you for reading.
