Gained a little, but I have lost 2 pounds since last week. Was too embarrassed to put 132 in my journal. I was 7 pounds away from my goal then. I had to do something. I have only had 1 cheat meal since Saturday. Trying to limited myself on sweet treats. I have a serving size of a sweet usually every night. I don't want to deprive myself. I have a sweet tooth. Just got to get back on track.
