Day 3! Today was grocery haul day; always a bit of a chore (no car); took a bit longer since I tried to be more thoughtful in my purchases. Big difference: no treats! No chocolate, chips, popcorn, candy, frozen meals, nada. Usually, right after I get groceries, I down a couple chocolate bars as some sort of reward.
Today, my "treat" was hot dogs! 2 wieners with 2 slices of Silverhills Little Big Bread (110 cals, 14 net carbs). High in sodium and so processed but need to find a balance and eat for the long-term.
Pleased with daily macros (57g net carbs) and 1220 calories .Was tired today; tomorrow I will be a bit more active :)
