Almost got to my 10,000 steps today, not sure why I didn't, I was very busy at work for 4 hours straight! But I did 9,748 steps, 5 flights of stairs, 6.52 kms, burning 2,220 calories. I ate 1,198 calories. I'm working today as well. but on cash, which is mostly just standing, unless we are not busy, then I get more exercise.

I should have taken a pic of my dinner last night, it was very good - small "fast fry" boneless pork chop with mushrooms, mashed sweet potatoes, and broccoli. Nice and plain. Today I will get the crock pot out and dump in chicken breasts with a jar of Mango Salsa to cook while I'm at work. The simplest and best thing to do with chicken breasts when you don't have a lot of time!
