Day 14-2 weeks since I "started over" after my month long Christmas binge. My weight is, at least, going down. Slowly, but that's OK. After losing 71 lbs, I am very happy where I am right now. Any else is bonus! Yesterday I ate 1,636 calories, and walked 9,620 steps, 6 flights of stairs, 6.44 kms, and burned 2,184 calories. That was a working day. Today I am not working, but I will be doing some shopping, so I hope to bring my steps up! I made a lovely veggie stir fry yesterday for dinner to go with some leftover chicken thighs.
