Drinking plenty of water is important for all of us, but that 8 glasses a day is not always the best advice., nor is just drinking when you are thirsty. As we age our sense of thirst becomes less acute which increases our risk for dehydration.. The goal is to drink sufficient water so that when you pee your urine is a pale yellow..
