I haven'e been very good at journaling or logging my food diary. How ever I am still working on losing those last few pounds. Weekends are the hardest, that is why I am back here logging my journal and keeping track of my intake with the food diary. I joined Tops and it has been keeping me accountable, but I am not making much progress. At least I am not gaining. We had a lot of birthday celebrations in November and December and the cake is a weakness of mine. Birthdays are over for a while and maybe I can get back to a solid regimen of low carb. I have been staying fairly active. My little dog makes me walk several times a day in spite of the very cold weather.
