I took a break from this and I’m mad at myself, I was in school trying to get my grade 12 after 19 years of being out of school. The thing about me is.... I’m a stress eater, I ate lots then I got the email saying I did it! I am a grade 12 graduate, that being said I went back to work as a care aide and I now only eat breakfast lunch and supper. My snacking has dropped drastically ( I still snack on days off)🙈 but I’m doing it I was up to 145 and now I’m down to 139! I am so proud of myself
