Happy Friday! I have accepted 2 personal challenges:

1) Rockytu and I are to lose 6 pounds by November 13th. Since I covered 2 pounds of that in this morning's weigh in I'm not too worried about the other 4 lbs (but with my recent track record I'd better get worried).

2) Tracy has challenged me to get into a size 10 by Christmas. This one is a little tricky because I have no idea how much weight I need to lose to accomplish this (but I will get it done because if I'm not in 10's by Christmas I have to go to work naked).

Just to make this more interesting - I am challenging anyone reading this to join us (your own goals but same time frames). Let me know!

Today I am thankful for this excitement - got to keep motivated!

I want to lose 8 pounds by Christmas..and if I lose more I will really be happy...Thanks for the motivation Buffy...I am sooo proud of you..and I am looking forward to seeing a pic of you in your new size 10's..:O)

Bren - Actually, that is less than a pound a week - very reasonable when you think about it! I really am bad about getting those pictures processed.

LOL! You have some heavy duty challenges but the results will be awesome! Let's keep up the chatter, ladies. I am in enough challenges at the moment. I will be cheering you on, Buffy and Bren! Hugs!

You got both those Buffy -- not sure how this applies to others but since size 12 it seems I change sizes about every 5-8lbs. I think you might want to consider shopping for 8's -- I am reading determination in them words of yours :)

Gigi - I've been in 12's for about 15 pounds now. I do own some 10's but it is only because they "run big" (like LL Bean). I'm thinking if I lose 8 pounds with Bren I might just be there. Some more tummy exercises wouldn't hurt anything either! Enjoy those peppers tonight!

Yippee - I love motivated people - it is positive and healthy. I already have my personal challnege to lose 6 pounds every month - so by November 13th, I want to be at 181 pounds. By Christmas, I am hoping for 175 pounds. Rock On, Ladies!

LOVE reading all this motivation here tonight!! I have already determined to get to goal by Christmas -- my only issue at this time is that I am rethinking my goal. Seems at 125 I will still be at BMI of 24 -- if I drop to 122 my BMI will be 22 -- seems like if I can get to 125, I should be able to get to 122, right!! I'm in -- as HCB said, ROCK ON :)
