The back is getting leaner. Weight still holding steady. No real movement this week but the mirror is showing progress.

Lol, this is a changing stall outside of the showers at Planet Fitness. No toilet in there, I wouldn't risk dropping my phone in one by holding it behind my head like that hahaha! Thanks for the support everyone!

Emalee, yes I began doing them again with a hex bar. I did deadlifts yesterday and today and plan to do them again tonight.

It's usually a 75lb bar that is actually shaped in a hexagon and you step into the middle of it. Google it 😉
