The back is getting leaner. Weight still holding steady. No real movement this week but the mirror is showing progress.

Is my memory fading or are dead lifts only occasional due to stress on the CNS? Side-steel MFP and few others mentioned this in the past. Any thoughts Diablo? Why am I thinking every other day at most? Contreras maybe?!? IDK. Great pic btw.

Okay, cool. I do 3 sets heavy and can barely pull up the last 2 of last set...same for lat pulldowns. You guys are so helpful and I appreciate it...thanks tons. 😊

Moopie thanks, if see my my profile, you will see that, in 2017, after reaching my goal weight of 110 lb. I left. I came back last year with 16 pounds regained🤦‍♀️. I have learned the lesson. Now I am planning to be here forever 😀😝
