Breakfast: 2-egg omelet beaten with 1 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream, filled with 1-oz Sharp Cheddar and topped with 2 Tbsp. Sour Cream, 1 very small Avocado and 12 small black olives. Served with two Jimmy Dean Original Pork Sausage Patties. Net carbs only 5.45g, Fiber 6g, Fat 58.63! Heavy on Calories at 707, but good planning for the rest of the day makes it totally do-able!
