I CAN....Good Monday...my zwift ride yesterday was a new beginning for me...it showed me I can ride more miles...then 18-20 ...my normal range...I set goals to challenge myself...sometimes I hit them..sometimes I don’t..but I always go all out...

I meditated this morning by listening to infinate waters...listening to him each day helps me more and more...I normally don’t journal till about 8am..but wanted to get my thoughts out..while still fresh

Yesterday’s ride...made me sore..my butt..my upper legs..from all the hills I threw into the ride..looking back..should of stayed on flatter roads in zwift..but I challenged myself...today it’s like wow...I did it..I just did a 24 mile ride a week before that...so 6 more miles..what the heck huh...it was 6 more miles...30 miles..around here..in the car it’s over to the next town...my achievement yesterday only fuels the drive in me...35...40...45... on and on...already punched in a train ride at 12:05 today...mostly to work out the soreness...and get this week off with some miles...I’ve done 170 in miles in Jan...3days off..5600 feet in elevation ...

My weight ...well it’s up...I’m eating healthy once again..birthday cookies..no longer here..my body is cleaned out once again...I wonder at times how I was able to tolerate all that processed food..but like everything..it was gradual..and a resistance was built up...I’m happy to be eating cleaner...

After a week of drinking my plant based protein...2 thumbs up...has a great vanilla taste..and the numbers on the label are better then the body fortress I had been using..look in my food menu if you have questions....

I’ve kinda quit stressing over my weight...IL be weighing in today and catching fs and mfp up to the upswing of things...long as my clothes are baggy on me..and with my workout routine...and eating cleaner...who cares...

8.6 miles...all my body would allow..guess I wore it out yesterday...lol...lest I got the soreness worked out

Well done on listening to your body. Is it time to buy clothes that fit? 🙃 My old tops I wore last year are too big but I bought a size smaller in the fall. SO things fit now that I wear. I can't wait until these get baggy too. 👍

Not sure..have 38s jeans in closet..but haven’t tried em on in a while...one of them..if they fit great...if not..hang em back up..need to get em off hanger..probably got hanger burn..lol
