My goal was to lose a pound and I lost 2.7! I am aiming to lose a pound each week. Tracking my food has been very helpful. I really don't like doing it, but it works for me. Tomorrow I head back to work and will have to face temptations I don't have at home. I feel confident that I can do it.

Counting calories is the only way I can lose or maintain my weight, and now I really enjoy counting my calories 😀

When I first read this, I was skimming. I had to read it again. I was thinking “the woman has got to be kidding me”. I was actually a little irritated. I thought I read “I want to lose 1 pound”. I rolled my eyes so far back in my head I saw my own ass. After reading it correctly, I saw kudos to you & I think I’ll join you on the 1 pound per week goal.

Ha, ha! I wish I only had one pound to lose! Nope, I am going to lose 1 pound 70 times! Woohoo! It would be awesome if I were just annoying instead of obese, although I really like having friends so maybe not.
