In a deficit my pumps definitely aren't too pronounced. I just look particularly vascular today. Try rest pause sets if you want a pump. One activation set at close to your 10 rep max then rest 15 seconds do 3-5 and continue that until you can no longer get at least 3 reps. If that doesn't get you pumped, nothing will haha!
