Back on the wagon!! Gained a few pounds over Christmas, but not horrible. But time to get back at it now that life should resume some semblance of normal, whatever normal is. Need to get back in the habit of recording my food and watching my calories. Maybe since I haven't been on point the past few months, getting back on the healthy track will jump start my weight loss again. I had sort of stalled out before I stopped tracking. We shall see. Hope everyone has a wonderful New Year!!
