Yesterday I decided to "run" up and down several flights of stairs by the beach. I did run a little, but mostly walked/dragged myself up and down and took a 15 minute beach walk before my final trek up. The sunset was beautiful! Going again tomorrow and Thursday. Am switching things up from my gym routine. I will still lift weights 2 - 3 times per week, but I definitely prefer outdoor exercise.
