Woke at 234.4, up 3.2 from yesterday. Just said farewell to my house guests after a nice breakfast and chat. So great to catch up with my sisters. Gave Nancy my new loaf of Nordic nut bread so I need to make another loaf! Back to the plan for sure today and hoping for a whoosh today or tomorrow. Regardless, we are back on plan and I'll do some more reading of the 4-Hour Body today to lock in the new WOE. UPDATE: Got my whoosh today and back to 230.0 before dinner. Still, have a long way to go. Slowly ridding the house of Thanksgiving treats. Jason and Denise killed off the pie. I ate two tablespoons of cranberry sauce. Ginger Snaps and Pumpkin dip are not a challenge for me. I think things are finally safe around here!
