Ya I know nobody likes Kale. Just cook it a bit longer and make sure you take out stems and only cook up tender leaves with lots of butter etc. yum !

A "friend" told me that the best way to enjoy kale was to boil it for 2.5 hours with some ham...then throw the kale out and eat the ham, wink, wink...

I admit that once in a while (not that often!!) I'll eat kale...it is healthy I guess.

If you "tenderize" it by "massaging" it with olive oil & orange or lemon juice (fresh), with a little pink salt, it makes a fab salad. Chop it first. Google it, I'm not kidding folks! It's much better raw than cooked.

I love kale. Chop it until it turns to very thin slices and cook it with garlic and butter. it's delicious. :)

I'm now allowed to consume pink salt; the iron oxide is just too much. My doc recommended table salt on a rusty bar and just licking it. IDK, seems like a lot of work; on the other hand...if anything is getting massaged it will be me. Massage food?!? Nope, can't do it.

The Dutch know kale as "farmer's cabbage", so it's pretty common here. We eat it with mixed with mashed potatoes, plus sausage and gravy. Yeah, totally not the hipster way.

I did kale before and didn’t like it so much if I buy it I get the baby kale - personally I think being ketogenic is doing a factory reset for me! 😁

Ya what I said below but even now Kale for me is just kind of bearable. Lol. Anybody have a Kale recipe they really Love? Bought a bag of shredded Brussel sprouts the over day and really enjoyed them fried up in butter or bacon grease for a smoky flavor.
