I'm just gonna call this weekend a wash. I ate like crap but I danced for 10 hours so who knows and I am moving on. I saw a video of myself dancing over the weekend and it is obvious the next 20 pounds is a requirement for me to look as healthy as I want to look. Wearing a big ol' skirt just puts a fancy cover on it.
Logged today, weigh in tomorrow. The rain predicted for the next week means my motivation to do anything is just gone.
Back to the gym this week, that is all there is to it. Next week I am home all week, going to reorganize everything. Daughter, handy man, and helpers will be coordinated. Movers to get stuff back to where it should be and get that storage box out of here! The effort has been expensive in terms of time and money but I really feel like I am making serious progress on the house issues. Still too much furniture but now there are only 2 or 3 overcrowded rooms instead of 9.
Lots going on but working on the food issue. I might even try to log from memory what I ate.
The recital went great! I had a lot of positive encouragement from everybody over it, so there was a lot of support for my efforts. I will keep dancing but now maybe will also do some calling too.

You must get in a lot of steps with all that dancing. It's great that you have an activity you enjoy. We are getting ready for the holidays. I did some painting today. I'll be glad when get our house back in order...
