Indian style beef stew— really tasty. A pool partner was telling me about how good RED LOBSTER’S CHEDDER BAY BUISQUITS were. Went home and found the recipe on the internet and made them to go with the beef stew. Boy they were good. I had to be very focused to not have two. I used the calculations on FS for the log, but I know mine didn’t have nearly as much sodium. the beef stew, I just used something that was listed and I had just one cup so it was a great dinner.

That does sound so good. And I really admire your restraint when it came to the biscuits. I bake things occasionally but have to rush 3/4's of what I bake out of the house and over to the nieghbor's right away or I end up eating it all myself. We do what we have to do to stay in control.😋

I learned a very long time ago that the only way I can go through life being able to eat almost all the wonderful foods that are out there is to control how much and how often I eat them.

We ate at Red Lobster last week and I ate just one biscuit. I love them. My husband then moved the basket over out of my reach so my hand wouldn't just accidently reach out and get another one! He's truly helping me!
